Assuming you have a Netgrear router from the link you posted, what is your specific model?
To verify the IP address of the router, go to Start<Run. Type in CMD and press enter. In the command window that appears enter "ipconfig" (without the quotes) and press enter. Look for an entry for default gateway. That is the IP address you should use.
Then enter the URL for that IP address in your browser. For example if the IP address is 192.168.0.1 then you want to enter this into your browser: http://192.168.0.1

Either that or get a real browser like Firefox where you can just type in the address and it will work . :-)

In the worse case scenarios that the default IP: 192.168.0.1 does not work either, do a reset to factory settings by pressing a small button behind the router and you have to redo everything from start.
