I have two wireless routers. 1 D-Link DI-524 and 1 Lynksys BEFW11S4 (my "old" one). My D-link router is set and working properly.

I have a xbox, witch is also connected to the net (wired). I was wondering if I can setup my Lynksys router in a way so it can act an access point (or a game adapter) ?

Is it possible and how should I set it up ???

thanks
marco

If the unit can do bridging its possible. Otherwise not a chance. Check the docs for your model.
