Users loggins on to different computers

We have updated our system all users were carried over from windows server 2003 or NT 4. when the user now logs on to see his new work he must be sitting at the same computer. If he moves to another computer he only see the work prior to the update of the server. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I am not exactly sure. What should I look for to see if it configured properly? Any guidance is greatly appreciated...
