RH-7.0
I'm running Samba and all is ok with basic
samba.conf running my 3-Win98 boxes,I can
login using there respective id's and passwd
to the Samba server the shares are ok and the
homes are working just fine!! BUT I want to
invoke login scripts and needs to set up
Domain wich from the Samba side is set and
ready to go but clients cannot login when the
check is place in login to Win NT domain in
network properties on the 98boxes (only when
I set the user to be ADMIN) will it allow the
user to login and then there scripts load and
and there off and running but this cannot
remain this way for security reasons what am
i doing wrong that restricts normal users
from accessing the server. the error on the
98 boxes reads **the share name could not be
found Be sure you typed it in correctly**
like I said if i set the user to be ADMIN
they can login thanks Mike
also I tried adding user's, groups, and
everything i can think of but need some help
