User can see to much printers

Hi, I have a little trouble in my job. We have one server and about 20 computers. Every user has their own local printer. Users log on to server by Remote Desktop Connection and also by RDC they connect to server their printers. In this situation every user can see other users printers and its really uncomfortable when they want to print documents and sometimes they need to search their printers from huge list. This is the screen how looks the Printers list: http://www.filefactory.com/file/ahd... what to do that users could not see these printers and only could see their own printer, which connecting by remote desktop connection client.
I have try to configure permissions for these all printers but there was no results.
