Wow i was reading this xbox live upload speed fourm and they say there getting 750 Plus on upload speed and im like oh... ill go check mine out.. and so i did and its saying i have around 690 download and 200 upload??? i checked many differnt sites... How can i get my upload higher??? Im on a laptop useing wireless from some type of lynksis Someone Help lol

Well my first suggestion would be to not use wireless if your concerned about the best speed. Try testing again connected with wire. Also your upload speed is determined by your ISP(internet service provider) so i would look into what internet plan you have with them and see if you can upgrade your plan.
