upload is really slow!!!

Heya all! I have a p-III 733mhz with an ADSL connection. I had to change my ip packet size to medium instead of auto due to problems with loading websites but! since then i have a really slow uploading does anybody have any idea how to make it somehow faster??? thank you all!

How do you know it slow? I would download a bandwitdth meter and baseline your uploads to a few web sites just to get idea if it just the one or all of them.

Is your network card set to "Auto Negotiate" or fixed at a certain speed? You could be getting collision or CRC errors if it is set incorrectly.
