I need help installing the OS on a new hard drive. I can get the hard drive formatted but can't install the Operating System.
I would like to know if it's possible for the hard drive to be too large for this computer and is causing the problem.

Yup, it is possible for the hard drive to be too large. How old is the computer that you are trying to install the hard drive in? You can try updating the bios of your board and that might fix the problem.
