Unsecure Wireless Network

I was thinking of setting up a Wireless network. I know that it has to be secured. But I was wondering: is there anyway for me (ie. a program or something) to see exactly who accesses my network? I know that wireless networks can be secured, but I must profess some doubt as to how truly secure they are.

Go into the routers configuration page and under one of the tabs (I can't remember which one) I believe you will find an access log.
To secure it use mac address filtering and WEP.

so the access log would list the name of the computers that accessed the wireless network?

This is just what I like to do....and it seems to work well.
I've installed Trendmicro Pc-cillin 2006 (antivirus, firewall, antispyware all in one) and it has a function that monitors my wireless connection. If someone connects to my AP, my computer will notify me right away with the IP address and name of the computer trying to connect. This works well for me but you might already have an antivirus/firewall package you like. I’m sure there are other wireless monitoring utilities out there but just like everyone else I’m too lazy to google it for you. Hope that helps.
