Comment:

We are having a very strange issue with our users' mapped drives that started last week. Sometimes a user will login and all previously unmapped drive letters will say "Disconnected Network Drive" which goes away after one or sometimes two reboots of the machine. If you click on them, or ones that were previously mapped, you get the same files and folders for each one, not necessarily the right ones. We thought this was confined to one machine but we have found at least four now that this is happening on.

One machine, the first that we found the issue on, has another user who said that (2x now), her drive mapped to O: has changed to P: and her G: drive gets disconnected.

Any insights on this or things we should be checking for? Symantec antivirus scan and Ad-Aware has turned up nothing.
