|Well, you could check for an uninstall.exe in the folder it's installed in. Other than that, I'd contact Belkin via email (if possible) and I'd ask them how to get rid of it.|
If you're real brave and know your way around the registry, you could just delete the folder it's installed in and then search for any/all mention of it in the registry and delete each entry you find.
But I don't recommend the last method unless you really know what you're doing.
