What kind of videos do you want to watch to a remote administration tool?

RealVNC can show videos, by using a mirror driver included in the commercial version, but the video resulution shouldn't be that high, otherwise, you will get a slide show.

Ok, another question, is this all inhouse, at your home or will you have to connect to it via internet?

If it's at home, it should be possible by using Microsoft Remote Desktop.

So you will also want to have the video encrypted, right.
If yes, RealVNC must be paid for.
If not, you can use RealVNC for free.
But in the free version, there is no mirror driver included, so it may work or not.
You can try it for free.

I am having a problem with real VNC free edition and I think you have answered it above but I just want to make sure!!

I am trying to use VNC for visually impaired pupils. They can't see the interactive whiteboard, so we have installed real VNC onto the teachers computer and the pupil's laptop. It all works fine with powerpoint etc, but when it comes to watching video clips it doesn't work.

If I buy the full version will this solve the problem!?
