unable to receive mail in gmail account

Specs: Windows Vista, PD/0.99GB
One of my colleagues is unable to receive mail in her gmail mailbox from her clients. These clients find their messages bouncing back to them. But when I sent an e-mail to this colleague from my gmail account, she received the message perfectly.

I don't use gmail but I would suggest your colleague may have everybody but members of the same domain blocked. Have him/her check the "allowed" and "blocked" lists in gmail.
