Unable to open webmail in office pc

June 24, 2009 at 10:49:58
Specs: Windows XP
We have an e-mail domain under the name ipi-india.com. We used to open our webmail account using "ipi-india.com/webmail" it will open a popup and ask for a username and password. Since last evening I am unable to access this site from any of my office systems using tata indicom broadband connection. I have tried it at my home (bsnl broadband) and from a dialup connection in my office and i could open this site. What could be the possible reason. how can i overcome this problem.

Note: I use IE 8 and Mozilla 3 in my office as well as home pc

How is your dns being handled? Looks to be a name resolution issue. Can you go ipaddress/webmail? If so DNS is what you want to look at to make sure the ipaddress points to ipi-india.com/webmail and visa versa

I don't understand what you mean. Can you please elaborate? I.P address in sense means my system I.P or web page I.P. How can I get the I.P of that web page?
