i cant connect to internet and do not hv any icon in internet connections, do not have network adaptors in device manager.pl helpe.pls let me know if i need to install network drivers. my motherboard is ga-945-gcmx-s2

Yep..You need to install network adapter's driver if you need to connect the computer to router, if not you won't be able to use the network adapter. Here is simple wired home network setup tutorial.

If not, then just connect your computer directly to modem and configure the computer to have Internet access.
