Hi guys. I want to build a hubless two-computer wired home network. The network will be using internet connection sharing. The operating system on both machines will be Windows XP.
I know that the two computers is all I need but I couldn't find a good tutorial and/or diagram with the actual setup. What do I need to do? Connect the two computers with an ethernet cable and start messing with Windows XP settings? Any step by step tutorials on this?

On the XP Start Menu got to "Help & Support"
Type in Internet Connection Sharing and hit search, ensure you are connected to the internet though.
You need a Xover RJ45 Cable not a patch cable, and yes this question has been disected, answered and links to other sites have been offered in previous posts in this FORUM!!
