Hi, I got two computer connecting to one router, router connect to phone line. my internet connection speed is 1.5MBps, how can I let two conputer use equal speed such as both is 750KBps. so that one computer will not use up all the bandwidth. how to do the networking setting?

With most home routers you cant. What you are talking about is called traffic shaping and you need more sophisticated hardware for that.

Besides, with only two computers it will hardly be noticeable. You will be better giving both computer access to the full bandwidth as the only time you will notice it is if both computers are downloading a large file simultaneously. Then the router will distribute the bandwidth depending on how fast the host computer can send the data.
