have password for router but Kobo will not connect to wifi? the e-reader will connect at Starbucks or Macdonalds?
What type of encryption do you have? I had a lot of trouble getting KOBOs to connect to my WEP secured network. Had to first do a factory reset of the KOBO then update to the latest firmware which resolved whatever the problem was. Make sure you have backed up your library before doing the reset.
