Tricks in novell?

Specs: Windows XP
well i have a few questions for novell. how can i get admin access i have been researching and i saw a file nwadmin.exe which i will try to find if you know where it can be located plz answers. second our school uses deepfreeze so that evertime the pc restarts it goes back the way it was like history is deleted wallpaper is changed back and theme goes back to windows 2000 how can i disable that and make all the computers at my school have a different walpapers? 3rd how can i get past sites they block proxys and ips anything that they dont have rated as something its blocked so they only allow sites they know so i want to know if there is any new ways to get past sites to go on youtube myspace facebook etc? and if you made or have any programs that work for novell pl send them to me at

1st; I guess you aren't the admin.
In that case, you have to ask the admin, to grant admin rights to your user account.
Btw. nwadmin can normally be found at sys:\PUBLIC\WIN32\nwadmn32.exe.
This I guess, woun't really help, because if you have simple user rights, you may have a look into the user management, but you have no rights to make any changes.

2nd: Why would one have different wallpapers on every computer or better, why would one have any wallpaper on a computer? Is this necessary for work?

3rd: I guess, you only can access the internet via proxy. If the proxy server is configured as a tranparent proxy, every traffic through the internet port (HTTP port 80, FTP port 21 aso.) will be captured by the proxy and may first run through a filtering system.

So no chance at all.
