I am asking for some general advice. If you have experience with this your help would be great.

I work for a large company and I need a way to send 100MB+ files back and forth from the US to China as fast as possible. The key is that I need it to be very fast. The files only need to be stored for a day or two.

Assuming a budget of around $10k how would you do it?

Since storage isn't the issue but transfer rate is, you have to look at what the cost is for the largest pipe to China you can afford. Since China is still a bit technically challenged concerning infrastructure you should start at that end and work your way to this end.

Imagine the power if you knew how to internet search

Use FTP potocol, and there you go. Email clients will not support large files, and most i have seen max. out at 12MB.

You can also check out xdrive, which is an aol service. If I remember currectly, you get 5GB free of space.
