Okay I know absolutely nothing about computers and my laptop won't connect to my wireless router. I keep scanning it and it says that there aren't any connections available, but my router is working and both my other laptop and my desktop are connected. Can anyone help?????

Is the other laptop you mentioned, connected to the router wirelessly?

Please post the output of ipconfig /all of the not working laptop here for review.

So I guess, your desktop is connected to your router by wire.
And I further assume, that you can access the internet by using your desktop pc.

What I try to figure out is, whether your laptop gets a valid ip address.
Therefore I told you, to post the output of ipconfig /all from the laptop.
