This is actually not a question but an answer waiting for the wondering googlers. After spending hours of research I finally managed to make this old computer to speak WPA. It is a problem that appears in various ways on the net, with no good answer. I want the answer to appear for anyone searching for it, so here is where to get the proper drivers from: http://www.driversdown.com/drivers/... Now, for some more details: Toshiba used a MiniPCI card that was made by Orinoco in an adapter made by Texas Instruments (PCI-1410). After releasing an initial driver, (v7.42) there were no more releases by Toshiba. Thus, WPA is not supported. Apparently, the problem appears on many other brands that use this card. To make things worse, the Orinoco cheap was actually used by Agere, that was bought by Proxim, That was bought by LSI, that decided to take all of the old drivers off the net. I understood that the last version is v7.82, but then finding the files was not easy as well because everywhere I was referred to the non-existing site of Agere. The proper link is above. Good luck and enjoy.
