Hey, I am considering buying one of the Tiscali broadband offers - either the 256Kbps (http://www.tiscali.co.uk/products/broadband/build/5xfaster.html?code=ZZ-NL-12DE) or the 150Kbps (http://www.tiscali.co.uk/products/broadband/build/3xfaster.html?code=ZZ-NL-12DE).

I am not wealthy enough to be able to buy 512Kbps broadband at the moment, but hope to be able to do so within the next few months. I have looked through their site and connot find anything about upgrading their services. Do you think if I got 256 now I could upgrade to 512 later? Or would I have to wait till the 12 month contract is up?

Thanks

David

As a rule of thumb, ISPs are really good about letting you upgrade to higher performance/more costly packages in the middle of your existing contract. You may have to start a brand new contract, though.

Give them a call. They'd be happy to answer your questions.
