I'm running Tiny Personal Firewall and cannot access the other computer on my network unless I shut TP down. I get a "cannot access" "you might not have permission" error. I've tried deleting the rules in TP with hopes of setting the correct rule when TP asks but no luck and that's always fixed any problems in the past.
I guess I need to know what rule in TP has to do with the Home network/MS network so I can track whatever is locking me out. Or if I'm on the wrong track, please help me with that.
I really don't get why this is happening as In the past I've always just set it up allowed the rules and all worked fine unless I mistakenly disallow and then I just fix that as I mentioned. Thanks for any help.

The company that created TPF - Tiny Software - no longer exist after CA bought them out back in 2005. Maybe it's time for you to give TPF a rest and try a different firewall.

And it possible that TPF is also blocking the outbound traffic.
