I'm trying to network my home desktop with my wife's laptop, which she connects to an office network while at work but also uses at home. My home desktop has a wireless router, allowing it to share its broadband connection with my wife's laptop -- and that works great. But it sometimes has difficulty finding my desktop on the LAN, and when it does, double-clicking on the icon produces the message, "[my computer's name] is not accessible. The network path was not found."

Any ideas?
