And is your client configured to reach a DNS server that can resolve DNS names of targets in the Domain?

In other words, is the Windows server a DNS server and is the client configured to use it as it's default DNS server?

You are, presumably, a Domain Administrator in the Domain.

Yes.. Windows server is a DNS server.
We also configured client machine for DNS server access.

This problem not occurred when client machine is with XP, but if client machine is with WIN 7 then problem occurs .

Please provide me solution as soon as possible.

You are absolutely certain that the client is using your Windows server as its DNS server? Does ipconfig confirm this?

If this is so then there is some misconfiguration of your DNS server.

I assume you are using Windows 7 professional? As the Home premium editions of Windows 7, 8 cannot join a domain, only the professional and up versions.

To err is human but to really screw things up, you need a computer!

Verify your Win7 boxes can get a valid DNS record. From those boxes, do a
nslookup -type=srv _ldap._tcp.[your full domain here]
If that doesn't return a list of your valid DCs, there's a problem with whatever DNS server these Win7 boxes use.
