Telnet/Netcat through Multiproxy

I can use Multiproxy or AnalogX OK with Internet Explorer Browser. But how do I get programs from a DOS shell command prompt, like telnet, ftp, or netcat, to go through these proxies instead of directly? The way I test it is to go to mighty.moph.go.th and see what it shows my IP address is. If netcat or the others have command line options to do this, please advise - nothing I try has worked. - Mike
