We own a small business and we only have access to dialup and no future to cable or dsl. Dose anyone know where we can get cheap T1 access or other ideas for faster Internet?

Alternatives to cable, DSL, and dialup are more expensive. You can look at satellite and see this. You might try finding a router which will accept two or more WAN lines and has some load-sharing capabilities.
If you need more bandwidth, you can try two of these routers and four dialup accounts (still cheaper than T1). You could also try ISDN subscriptions. Be sure you are not too isolated for IDSL.

You could always go with the tried and true frame relay option for T1 or Frac T1. Essentially it's the same as having a T1 or Frac T1 but what the phone companies do is tie in your T1 or Frac T1 with others running T1s and Frac T1s. It's what everyone was doing before the advent of VPNs.
I work with a broker for frame relay circuts and they can get you pricing from Sprint, MCI, AT&T, etc.
