Comment: I have one server with 20 clients and my server run DHCP, Domain controller with enable NAT to share internet to my clients. Now I don't want my server can access to the internet but my clients still can, because if my server still can access internet there are many people always infront of my server, so if there is no internet on my server they will go to use the clients computers. Can you all help me? please tell me how to do. Thanks Visith-Mony and Monent

Reply: (edit)Why are you allowing users on your server!?!?!? I know of nobody in industry who allows such a thing. Deny local logon to anybody else but the Administrators group on your server and ALWAYS remember to log off the server (and leave it at the Ctrl-Alt-Del logon screen) and your problem is solved.

Reply: (edit)As I understood your server has 2 network adapters: one connected to local network & the other connected to internet. You may write cmd-file & make it logon script to your teacher. The cmd-file needs to disable the activity of the network adapter connected to internet. Get DevCon Utility from http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q311272 and execute command: devcon disable ID ID - is identifier of device. To find ID of NIC type: devcon find =net The teacher must not has Administrator priviligies.
