Ok, here's the deal, I have a 4 port ADSL router sharing internet between 3 PC's (2 Win 98se and 1 XP) which works great but it also only transmits at 10mbps and I have a habit of transerring 1+ gig files over my network.. I recently picked up a 100mbps 8 port switch (with 1 uplink) and I would like to at least have two of the machines connected to the switch, then uploading to the router therefore having internet on both PC's but both are still talking to each other at 100mbps on the network. Anyone know if this can be done and if so what kind of software/hardware do I need?

So put the computers in the switch and the switch into the router. The switch probably has auto-negation, meaning it has no uplink port. So no hassles.
