You will likely need to plug the switch that Server2 is plugged into, into the router.

Generally speaking, the arrangement should look as follows:

Modem >> Router >> Switch(es) >> clients/servers

As you have it diagramed above, there is no communication route from Server2 to the rest of your LAN, it is isolated because the switch is plugged into the modem. Plug that switch into the router and everybody will be able to communicate provided they have IP's in the same subnet.

If I were setting it up, I would do as I detailed above. Assuming you're using the Private Class C subnet here's how my IP setup would look:

Router
Internal Interface
IP: 192.168.0.1
SM: 255.255.255.0

External Interface
IP: as provided by ISP

DHCP Scope:
IP Range: 192.168.0.100 to 192.168.0.200
SM: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1

Server 1
IP: 192.168.0.2
SM: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1

Server 2
IP: 192.168.0.3
SM: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1

All client PC's should get their IP information from DHCP.

This will allow all clients/servers to access the internet and communicate with each other.

Ok, I'm somewhat confused by your posts.

If by, "i want t keep server2 out of lan so can only access it through static ip or via comain." you mean access it remotely from the internet then yes, it would have to have a static IP as provided by your ISP.

With your present setup, the only way server2 could connect to your LAN would be via a VPN or Remote Desktop and would require going out onto the internet and coming back in to your LAN.

If you want to keep them separate, plug everything as I described and use an IP in a different subnet for server2 and setup your router to allow server2 to communicate with the LAN, but don't create a route from LAN to server2. This gives you separation from the LAN while allowing server2 to access the LAN and the internet.

from my isp i have 2 ips 4.4.4.4
4.4.4.5

i m runing webserver on both
so i wants to have 4.4.4.4 to 1 server
4.4.4.5 to 2 server
this way i can run 2 different servers so can do hosting from both servers;
server 1 is behind the router and server 2 is behind the switch

Modem---Switch-----server2
|
|--Router
|--- server1
|--- roomdesktop xp
|--- Wireless laptops

with this configuration i can access server1 from anywhere i want but server2 giving me problem.. i can access server 1 if i m using server1 ip that is 4.4.4.4 but i cant access server 2 if i m using some other connection

Why don't you just put a router in front of the switch in front of server 2?

That sounds like it would clear up your problems fairly quickly...
