Specs: Windows XP, intel core 2 quad 2.40ghz/2GB
Normally i've got my ping(i test this stuff with around 27 ms. but very often my ping goes crazy. it jumps from around 500 ms to 1200 ms. It ends eventually but not for long. What can i do to make it stop that?

I ran the pingtest on other computers in my house, and they all have the same ping.

I tested my computer for viruses in case that would be the problem, and the scan didn't show anything.
I'm not sure what kind of internet i have, because it's hard to translate in english, tho i'm betting on wireless.

If you have a number of systems connected in LAN sharing an internet connection and they all suffer slowdown at the same time then I suspect your problem is external.
How can you not know what kind of internet connection you have?
Cable is just that. DSL is via an upgraded phone line. "Wireless" would be either by satellite, or possibly using Cellphone type modem.
There are any number of reasons for slowdowns and most of them are beyond your control. It depends on your location in the world and the quality & capacity of the technology between you , your ISP and the rest of the web.
