I have a question. If i had 500 clients on a network and needed them all to be able to communicate, what subnet would the need to be on? If someone can break it down into baby steps as to how they got the answer then I would be a happy boy. Thanks.

Sorry, but you should do your own homework assignment.

Start by doing a google search on subnetting.
