I have a strange network problem on my laptop. When i try to connect at school network in university i connect so fast and can transfer more than 1MB per second. But when i use my laptop at home on cnet adsl router modem it connects so slow.On local network i can only transfer files at 100-150KB per second. But my other two computers can connect each other at normal speed.

I tried different cables.
I tried another modem.

Another point i realised i can ping so fast and my connection is always stable but its tooo slow. How can i solve it.

Are you saying that your internet speed is slower at home than at school? If so, then that's perfectly normal. Your school will have a MUCH better connection than cable or DSL. Downloading 100-150kbps on DLS is a fairly decent speed. You will never download that fast through DSL.
