Spyware blocker for the Network

My company has approx. 20 PCs on a network, all having access to the Internet. The users have been experiencing numerous spyware attacks. Please tell me what would be the best way to block these spywares. Is there a blocker that can be used from the server? or do we have to install it on each individual PC? I have configured IE security settings on some stations. All comments welcome. Thanks.

Use a browser other than IE. Seriously.
Even with "security settings", like disabling activeX, IE is still going to be a liability. A majority of spyware is installed through IE, so why not just eliminate that vector altogether?

I've been using Mozilla for about a month and it's been pretty good. Not absolutely trouble free, but close. As to how much that'll help your problem - I'm not sure.
You could look at proxy servers like Winproxy, I _think_ they advertize some protection against spyware.
In my situation with about 30 users I've found that only a few really have a problem with spyware and I use Spybot Search and Destroy on those computers.
