Small network

Win 2000 on a basic network. No routers/No servers. 5 users. I would like to know how I can share files with an out side user thru the network/internet. Home computer is running Win XP Pro and needs to connect directly to Win pro 2000 at the office. What do I need to do? Help! Thanks

Set up an FTP server on the computer that has the files you want shared, forward TCP port 21 or whatever you setup to the IP address of that computer, set up an FTP client on the other computer.
