Linksys SOHO WAP dropping connections after 10+/- computers connect at the same time. Suspect it can't handle the volume. What is the best sub $400.00 WAP to put in its place? Need G connetion, N would be nice if can do both. Is MIMO going to make a diff? It is in a small coffee shop and SSID is open to the public.
TIA for any suggestions

The simplest suggestion is get a second AP and set it up, deploy it, and use two. Have one on channel 1, the other on 11 so they don't overlap/interfere and you should be good to go.

Thank you Curt..

Much better than replacing with expensive new WAP. Esp. when all the reviews are so mixed on what is good and bad.

Thanks again!
