My windows small business server 2003 loses network connectivity on the LAN network card. The LAN card is sending out packets and recieving less, if restart sometime will be recieving and sending less. On some instant it picks up network connection to the rest of the network computer for at least 3 minutes then drops again. I have tried to reset the ip and winsock logs but to no avail
