Hi,
HELP NEEDED:
My DSL connection got damn slow after I added the router (NETGEAR MR814).
The IE cannot connect any website, but telnet works fine.
If I connected with DSL modem and added the router in without reboot the DSL, the problem is also solved.

I have the same netgear and it rocks.
Your statement "If I connected with DSL modem and added the router in without reboot the DSL, the problem is also solved" tells me you didn't follow the netgear documentation.
You have connected your dsl to the netgear with a patch cable. You configured the wan port to the dsl's ip address like the netgear docs recommended. You have connected your pc to the netgear via patch cable to one of the four netgear 10/100 ports. You have set the pcs tcp/ip properties to dhcp. You have NOT tried to block services etc inside the netgear.
