Anyone ever use this product before? Any problems? I recently purchased it and cant get it to work at 100mbps. Works fine at 10. Both nics are 10/100 one is a 3com and other is Kingston. Have already swapped out nics, cables, and even took the switch back and exchanged it and same issue. One pc has Win2kPro and the other win 98-though i have tried linux, winxp on it as well. Had to set both nics to 10mbps to get them to talk. Dont know what it could be.....
