Ok, I am using a Wrt54gs(wireless router), and the brother(adapter) and am having a Signal strength problem. I am broadcasting it about 60 feet. Theirs 1 comp connected via eithernet to router, and then 1 wireless with an adapter(pci) I am getting around 50% Keep in mind the router and adapter are both the linksys g with speed booster. This is sad. Ive used their tech support and it hasn't helped. I have played with the channels, optimized security settings for speed but got nothing. 50% seems horrible for the range and everything. Can anyone help me?

Is it that you can't connect or the 50% that is bothering you? The signal strength indicator is just an estimate. I am 15 feet away from a belkin router. 1 floor down and I get 35% signal strength and no connection. My connection is from a linksys 30 feet away 2 walls 70+ signal stength, 90+ link quality.
