Sharing of two computers

I have two computers in different rooms. I have taken internet wireless connection through device name (CPEi300).I am using my internet through hub very well now I want to connect my other computer lying cable through hub. How can I do so, because other computer recognizes the patch cable when connected to the LAN Card of it. but the internet connection is not created. please help thanks

Have you tried perhaps connecting it all together (network leads connecting from hub to your other computer & then restarting the hub? take power lead out for 10 seconds and re-place.
