Hey,
I have two computers running xp. I've followed connection wizard using ics. I got two networks on the host, one with the direct connection to the internet, and one for the host and the networked computer. File sharing is fine, but the networked computer can't share the internet connection, what has to be in place for this to happen. Any resources also would be great.

Ensure the XP firewall is disabled on the client - you don't need it, and it can get in the way. On the host, check the properties of the Internet Connection. On the Sharing tab, "Enable Internet Connection.." should be selected, and "For Local Network"/"Local Area Connection" shown below it.
Still on the host, the LAN connection TCP/IP properties should show IP 192.168.0.1, mask 255.255.255.0, DNS boxes empty. It's less problematic to use static addresses in sequence on a small number of clients. Properties of the LAN connection on your client: IP 192.168.0.2, mask 255.255.255.0, DNS 192.168.0.1, Default Gateway 192.168.0.1.
That should kick-start it.
