Hello. I had similar problem. I am using my neighbors internet through my PC to my router then my ps3 gets the net no problem. I had first jump online with my wifi to my neighbors internet, then bridged the connection to my lan, plugged the lan into a client port on my router. Set my router IP to 192.168.1.25. For some reason my PS3 wouldnt get online right away. I set the IP info manually.
IP 192.168.1.27
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Gateway (neightbors routers IP) 192.168.1.1
DNS: You can find this going to status on your wireless connection on your PC's internet connected device. You should be ok now.

Instead of letting your ps3 do the dhcp settings set it to manual(static) sounds like your ps3 and mine are stupid. My Iphone jumps on and sets the gateway properly, so do most of my clients, but some PCs and my PS3 couldnt handle the difficult setup. Email me with any more questions. edubois87@gmail.com

If your not going through a router then you probably set your wireless card up with ICS, bridge with your LAN, see if your PS3 gets on. If still having dns errors then set the ip info manually, be sure to make it on the same network as your PC's wireless card so they can talk.
