sharing internet by 1 PC with two LAN cards

Specs: Windows 7, p4 2GB ram
PC 1 has two CAT5 Lan 10/100 cards while the other PC has 1 CAT5 Lan 10/100 card, so I want the PC with two cards to share internet with the other by a CAT5 crossover cable
PC 1: p4 w/windows 7 32bit
PC 2: p4 dual core w/windows 7 64bit

You'll have to use ICS (internet connection sharing) if windows 7 still has it (I haven't looked very seriously at 7 yet). If it does, enable it on the NIC that's connected to the internet.

For what it's worth, spend the $40 (USD) on a SOHO the long run, you'll be glad you did.
