You need to have the users on each computer login with their own unique username/password combination. Then you can create users on the target machine (ie: the one with the share) and allow/disallow users to access the share.

If you click on my name above in my response and read my "how-to" guide on "You try to connect to a share but are asked for a Username/Password" it'll give you an explanation of creating user accounts.

In this case, since you only want one user to access the share, it's better to remove the "Everyone" account from the share and add the specific user account that you wish to allow access to.

Yes i have read your how to guide on this subject and then create all things as you suggested but now what happening

Now i am facing the problem that i have created users and set the permissions of that particular folder according to users but the user Faisal which is on Pc 4 whom has no right to write is writing on the file present in this folder e.g.

He is giving ip in Start-run (ip of the pc on which folder located & shared as per permissions) then click ok

then go in Drive F->Test123(Folder)->Any File
easily modifyind despite he has no modify write permission etc.

I have edited Apply to ( Folder, sub Folder and files ) in Advanced security setting for folder Test123

And removed EveryOne in user list in Security Tab of folder Test123

Hmmmm........if you've set the perm's correctly user "Faisal" should have Read Only access. I suspect something may not be set correctly with regard to his permissions.

Ensure that user account is not a member of any group that also has access on that share.

User Faisal is by default a member of the "Everyone" group which is built in to Windows.

Remove "Everyone" from the share and Faisal should no longer be able to write.
