I have four computers at my house, 2 running Xp Pro and 2 running Xp home. The Pro computers can share files and folders between each other with no problems. The Home computers can share files and folders between each other with no problems. The Pro computers can access all the folders that have been shared on the home computers.
My problem is that the home computers can only access the shared folder on the Xp machines. The Home computers can not access any folders on the Xp computers that have been given sharing permissions. The message I receive is that the permmissions are not set up correctly. How do I set up the permissions correctly?

Make sure you have user accounts on the target (pro) machines for the ones you wish to connect from (home). Use the same username/password used to log onto the XP home PC's at bootup for the user accounts on the XP Pro machines. Ensure either the Everyone group, or the user accounts themselves are added to shares you wish to connect to and see if they can't access after that.
