CPU/Ram: 433/328 and 2.8ghz/512

What hardware is required to share files and a printer between two computers (one with windows 2000 pro and one with xp pro) also, they need to share an internet connection, how can i do this?

All you need is a cable/dsl router which has ethernet ports. At home I use a Netgear and I have three pcs connected and one wireless laptop. You need a couple of patch cables and you need to look on the web [or here!] for basic networking how tos.
