I have a PC setup on a network as a server(storage drive), it also has a DVD burner on it. I clicked on it and Shared it and Allowed users to change files etc.
But i cannot view anything on the DVDRW, as i get a "Not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. Incorrect function ".
How can i allow access to the burner and to burn files to Disc from a network client PC ?

Depends on why it is being stopped. Remove systems from internet and then disable all firewalls only for the time it takes to test if that is the issue. You need firewalls on but may have to configure them to allow local lan traffic more access.
Might have to disable simple filesharing and modify advanced ACL.
I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you peanut.
