Hi.

Using a 3G stick, i am trying to setup a home network to share the connetion. Having difficulty with my Dlink DI-524 router.

Basically, this setup requires a host computer(3G via USB) and i want to create a wireless home network.

Does this require an access point or can a router be used?

That's a wireless router. I don't see why you need anything else. Does the PC recognize the stick?

The 3G card is recognized however, the router does not recognize the computer's LAN card as a modem......and therefore does not share the internet connection regardless if the PC(w/3G) is connected to the WAN or LAN ports of the router, DHCP enabled or disabled.

I have used a hub in the past to complete this network and share the internet connection, but cannot find a wireless hub.

There are a lot of hits on google for wireless hub. Why won't they work?
